Ryann Lavenia

Ryann Lavenia, CRNA, APRN, is the president of Face It Botox Bar, a double board-certified registered nurse anesthetist and an advanced practice registered nurse with more than 22 years of medical experience. As a master injector and national Allergan trainer, Lavenia's skills and expertise have earned her recognition as one of the top 500 Allergan Trainers for Botox and Fillers in the nation. Additionally, she serves as a luminary speaker and national trainer for Sciton, specializing in the use of Sciton laser devices for advanced skin treatment. Lavenia was also recently honored as one of only 25 women nationwide to receive the Distinguished Women in Medical Aesthetics award from the American Med Spa Association, a recognition of her leadership and dedication to advancing the aesthetics industry. Over the years, Lavenia collaborated with cosmetic and plastic surgery specialists, eventually expanding her expertise in 2016 to include certifications in Botox and dermal fillers, laser and wellness services. Lavenia started her own business in a one-room salon suite and within two years she had her own 2,500 square-foot building. Over the past nine years, Lavenia has trained with world-renowned plastic surgeons and injectors. Lavenia is also recognized as a national laser trainer and a Sciton Luminary KOL. Along with being an AMI trainer for Allergan, she has her own training institute, FIBB Aesthetic, Laser, and Wellness Institute. Lavenia has continued to build her business and has expanded Face It Botox to four locations with more than 25 employees.
