Chef Andrew Vaughn trained with Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse and spent 8 years building up signature resto mar'sel - earning mentions in the Michelin Guide and Forbes Travel Guide - before becoming Executive Chef of Terranea's entire food program. He brings a love of local seasonal flavors to his menus. “We in California have the best products, and wonderful produce, some of which is grown within sight of the resort. It changes with the seasons, and so does what we do with it. We want to always create food that is approachable, comforting, and that tells a story.”
