Kim McMaster

Kim McMaster’s responsibilities include serving as part of the Allergan Medical Institute faculty. In this role, she develops and trains on content designed to enhance business strategies and tactics for growth in the aesthetic industry. Her areas of expertise are financial analysis, leadership training and team building, compensation methodology, aesthetic practice development, practice valuations, practice management, sales training and marketing.
