Judy Kozlicki

As head of aesthetics, wellness, and surgery for Skytale Group, Judy Kozlicki’s extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of the aesthetic space. A trailblazer in the business of aesthetics, Kozlicki has held executive-level positions in solo practices, small group practices and large-scale national med spa operations for more than 16 years. Throughout her career, she has been keenly focused on building quality teams, improving financial visibility and accuracy, making operational process improvements, and coaching employees. She knows firsthand the nuances of hiring, compensation plans, accounting, pricing strategies, marketing, operations and vendor negotiations in the ever-changing aesthetic industry. Kozlicki was a senior consultant at KZA & Associates before joining Skytale Group. Prior to that, she served as the president of Pinnacle Cosmetic and COO/CCO of Omni Cosmetic, where she played an active role in guiding the strategic vision and rapid growth. She helped Omni grow the team by 35%, increase surgical and non-surgical provider utilization, and improve the company’s profitability by 30% year over year, boasting a CAGR of 32%. In addition, she spearheaded two major buildout projects, doubling the size of its med spa and expanding their ASC to host three OR’s and an overnight stay suite. Kozlicki also served as the executive director for two private plastic and cosmetic surgery practices. During her time, she helped the owners rebuild their teams and introduced new service lines and technology, which refueled revenue production, resulting in increased stability and profitability for the practices. From 2010 to 2015, Kozlicki led the national expansion of LifeTime Fitness’ medical spa business. While serving as the national manager of skincare and medical aesthetics, she opened 33 med spa locations in 20 states. She was responsible for hiring all medical directors and the “best in class” providers for each location.
